We transmit the name and address of the person paying for the pallet delivery to our third party agent at Paypal. Please note that payment processing is handled by Paypal, we do not ask for or retain any payment information on this site. All transactions are handled at Paypal. We are not responsible for any breach or data loss that might be experienced by Paypal in regards to any services provided by Transport Friends (Frenni Ltd) through this site.
How will the information be used?
We only need the collection and delivery address for any pallet that you might wish to send using our online system (this site). Information will be retained for statistical analysis.
How long will the data be stored for?
We store the data for life.
